All my lakes in Edmonton are still frozen, to the point where you can still drive your car on them for ice fishing. My wife and I went for a long drive, through the mountains to find open water. What a blessing! Got to have a good breakfast before a hunt, always!

Here's day one....about 3 hours worth in the frigid water, wearing my chest waders. Below is my one and only piece of jewelry......

...but we have the Honey Island Swamp Monster-who is known for making sausage of of sea serpents.
But he is not too smart and is easy to beat; leave a mirror out and you can stop him-he is very vain and will stare at his reflection endlessly.
Also leave "13" of something laying around, beans pennies or whatever--they cannot count past 13 and when they past 12 get confused
and start over.
