A while back I received some tokens from the Diggers National Geographic guys. I turned them all into coinrings and donated them all except one keeper for myself. There is much more about these guys then just their TV Series. They donate a lot of time, energy and travel to charity.

Now only if you can get them to donate 1 minute of there time to show how to dig a hole to the young folks that tear up the parks and commons. Now that would benefit everyone. GS

Amen to that, GS.

It's good to hear they're both charitable and I'm sure they're nice guys in real life.

And I understand they aren't the producers and don't make the editing decisions.

But if the two Diggers "stars" gave a rats arse about this hobby, they could have insisted on just a few seconds of the 22 minutes per show to demonstrate how to properly retrieve a target. It could have easily been done seamlessly when they were making their finds so as not to infringe on the "entertainment" value of the show.
