we have been hunting for the last few months. I enjoy getting out and detecting, but sometimes with a partner like James it can be also very frustrating...he finds silver and I find junk!! Easter was also very enjoyable...an awesome Church service and then lunch at my parents' home!! Then, Monday my Dad and I went fishing at Lake Logan Martin. We were fishing for crappie like Chris and his family did the other day!! We caught about 30 crappie (unfortunately none were big enough to keep...they have to be at least 9 inches long to keep), 5 catfish (the largest about 4 pounds, the other 4 were small), 2 freshwater white bass, 1 drum and 1 (tiny) largemouth bass!! We had a great time!! I also went to the second meeting of April of the Warrior Basin Treasure Hunters Association (WBTHA)after we returned from the fishing trip!! At the meeting I finally hit silver!! We have a raffle each meeting and I won a 1921 Morgan dollar!! Well, if I can't find it in the woods, I'm happy to find it at a meeting!!
