Jay Leno, April 2008 (Toby Canham, Getty Images) Jay Leno has offered his support to former The Tonight Show star Ed McMahon, who is facing foreclosure on his multi-million dollar home.

The chat show king has vowed to assist McMahon after he fell behind with his mortgage repayments, reports the New York Daily News.

Leno's representative says, "Everybody loves Ed. Jay and others on the show are discussing how they can help him."

The 85-year-old has been out of work for 18 months after breaking his neck in a fall. He has been attempting to sell the $6.25 million home in Beverly Hills, California for two years, but the U.S. property market troubles have scuppered his plans.

However, several endorsement offers are said to be in the pipeline for the late Johnny Carson's former sidekick.

And McMahon's representative, Howard Bragman, adds, "A lot of people have shown generosity. Things are going to work out."

so i have no pity for him losing it however i do feel sorry for him about breaking his neck...OUCH.....:nopity:
