Got out for a quick hunt, and go figure.....a snow storm blew through Edmonton during the hunt in some woods. Lots of wind bringing the temperatures down to -8C/17.6F. It was kind of fun. No worries about the AT Gold.....it's water proof. :) Here are the 3 tokens I dug up.

I did manage to find an older item....a 1949 bicycle plate. They sure were a bunch of scrooges back then making people have a licence for their bikes. I doubt very much it would work today.....

Below is a pic of all the finds.

That's just about it for the year for relic hunting. I am going to try one more relic hunt tomorrow, unless the snow is too deep.

Dang John...You got "sex"ed twice, then stabbed in the back, burnt to a crisp, and all the while that Pimp was "crack"ing up...That dirty "dog" had better "change" his ways...lol
:stretcher: :goodnight: :yikes:

HH,

Be careful out there John....a whiteout could slow down your hunting......oh silly me, I forgot I was dealing with a snow bunny when it comes to detecting! Hahahahahaha

Wow thats cool. Did the AT Gold not need one of your heat packs? It kept on going in the cold?

My AT Gold is in the mail on the way from Garrett...Woohoo, finally!

Nice pic of the detector with snow...

I had just pulled the batteries off the charger so I probably didn't need the battery warmer. I probably could have though. :)
