About a block back from the beach I hunted 7 picnic benchs & 3 swings in a small park. Ending up sifting out 136 pennies, 10 dimes 1 nickle & a quarter. My thumb is sore from pinpointing, my other wrist is sore from using a hand scoop. My back ain't too good either! When I got back I took a double ration of rum, and a soak in a heated pool.Also found a junk ring & a charm. Good as new I hit again this morning. This area must not have been hunted for a while, quite a few pennies were rotted in half.
 
I hear ya Pal...you beat me in the coin count,... I got a Sac dollar, 10.75 in Q's, 6.00 in D's, 4 nickles, and a bunch of pennys for 135 coin count this am..all dug! So target heavy it was like work! Cant wait for tommorrow!

Yeah, I went in search of jewelry at a new site I've never been to before, evidently no one else had either for a while, but the clad was just so thick...I didn't even go after the zincs, gotta nother century day there just for them I figure. I was sort of mad at myself for getting blood lust on the q's and d's and before I knew it, it was noon, and I was wornt out! Figured at least one of the dimes would have turned into a silver ring sooner or later..Tomorrow is the last day for Spring Break up here, so I gotta pound some schoolyard hard!
