With all the snow today, I went to the annual November Coin Show in Edmonton and spent about $100.00 of my clad from this year. I scored a good deal on this Panda Gold Coin, and bought several old coins, which I will convert into coin rings later on this winter. It's been a few years since I bought a gold coin, because they were getting so expensive. I opted to but Hudson Bay Tokens during the last couple of years, as the prices for those just keep going up. They were also around $70.00 a piece.

Below is a pic taken from my kitchen patio door.

Nice investment. Thanks to all those 1 & 2 dollar coins. I don't think I've found enough clad to fill up my car this year. I'm 0 for 3 my last 3 trips to the river. No real jewelry and less than 3.00 worth of clad. I'm looking forward to my second coin show in 61 years next January and hope I can make the national coin show if it comes to Atlanta next March.

Nice Panda John:thumbup: Inspired me to post my own 1/20th Panda pic, bought mine with some clad I wandered into last year,

I just love the Taoist "Temple of Heaven" design on the obverse, it's serene. And my, that out the kitchen door white stuff makes a fellow wonder where the summer went so fast.
