I found an IH today !!!

I went across the street to a neighbors house that I have hunted before but not with the E-trac. It was a really difficult hunt and I don't think I have ever seen a yard with so many nails. I really could have used a smaller coil today. I started with the Pro Coil and then ended up with the SunRay X-8. I managed to find 4 wheat pennys, $1.04 in clad and a 1906 IH Penny. I only had time to hunt the front of the house and I hope to get back to hunt the back yard another time.

Congrats on your IH:clapping:

Also given the condition of the yard give yourself a pat on the back
for following through even with all that Iron

Congrats on the IH! It only gets better. Might want to try TTF if there is lots of iron, you would be amazed at what you still will get in the area you already hunted.

Sweet !!!!!

TTF, smaller coil (EQ2, X5, 6x8 SEF), and slow and low swing speed will net you a lot more, although the X8 is still pretty good in trash.

great! congrats on your IH!!!!! I love finding IH's , even though they are not worth much ...the thrill of pulling something that old is payment enough

Very nice - congrats ! :clapping:

Congrats on the injun. I do not find many of them in my neck of the woods. Not sure why.
