But It Was Quite Some Time Ago---I Have Really Liked Being Here But Today Really Got Me Wondering If I Should Walk Away---One Thing I Always Liked Was People Joked Here A Lot, It Is Not Like Some Others I Have Looked At Where One Person Rulled The Forum With A Iron Hand---In Those Make 1 Mistake And You Are Banned For Life---A While Back A Person Named Harry Left Here And Never Has Came Back---Many Here Wanted him To Stay But He Never Ever Has Said Another Word Here---I Now Know How He Felt---Out Of The Blue I Was Told Off In No Uncertain Words---I Am Wondering If That The Person Who Jumped Me Was Speaking For Others Also---I Had No Idea I Was Offending People By Being Here And Posting---I Considered Every One Here A Friend---I Have Great Doubts About That Now---When I Read What Was Said To Me It Hurt-A Lot As I Never Expected To Be Jumped On So The Whole World Could See It---Because Posting On This Forum---I Really Don't Know How To Write Like Vern Does And Be Able To Say Things That Never Hurt Peoples Feelings Like I Did To Ed And Ed Did To Me---It Came Like A Bolt Of Lightning And Hit Just As Hard---I Still Dont Understand What I Did Was So Damm Bad But It Must Have Been---Way Two Dam Long Of A Post That I Know But I Just Wanted Every One To Know How I Feel !!!!!!
 
...and if you re-read Ed's post at the end he says Sorry, just my opinion. I hate that Harry left and I still don't understand why but thats his decision. If I left every time some one made fun of me, I'd have to leave everyday ;)

for the most part we're a bunch of old codgers that are a little thick between the ears. Sometimes we get in a hurry when we respond to a post and don't take the time to consider how someone else might take what we said. I know Ed well enough to know that he had no intention of being mean. (Old fart probably just had his head up his........ when he made the post. hehehehe) For that matter, I don't think there's anyone who presently uses this forum that would intentionally hurt another user's feelings. People like that never last long with the group here. Anyway, you keep right on posting. I don't post much these days but I do read the forum every morning. I enjoy your posts and would hate to see you go. And I know everyone else would too. BobinMIZZU
 
A few years back I started posting on a well known detecting web site.They did nothing but argue and bad mouth each other every day.Also,it was one of those web sites with a dictator running it.I had only posted two or maybe three post and made a comment about people not getting along.Next thing I know, the dic was making accusations about me and how I was a trouble maker that had been kicked off other web sites,etc.Total lies!!!!! He made up totally absurd things ,I couldn't believe it.He didn't know me at all.The guy was a real whacko.
So,believe me,what is said on here between you guys is nothing to be worried about.This is one of the friendliest forums I've had the pleasure to comunicate on.
