I Don't Have Many Nickels &

This is what I got yesterday when digging nickel hits! I get tired of digging these things I guess that's why I don't have many nickels!!!

higher than you think, on the smart screen if you dig when its barely above the bottom of the screen it will usually be a nickel!

but when you got a coin in was well worth it. On digital, I look for 10-05, 09-05 for a nickel. But old nickels never come out looking good - so i really don't sweat it.

Yea a good friend of mine suggested that I switch to digital as shells almost always read 8 and sometimes 7 but nickels usually read 6 but can be 5,4,3 also. Thanks for the advice!!!!

Well, I guess you can look at it this way Mike. You won't have to worry about digging them up the second time and the next guy who hunts there will probably thank you............ Did you look at digital and see what the number was? On my XS most nickles will ring in at 6. Keep trying. There are nickles out there...........

No but I'm going back to that spot again soon and was going to check out the digital as I never look at that!
