the F-75 is a detector to be reckoned with! I took it out yesterday to an old yard I have hit many times with other detectors and bam, bam found two Indians in about 10 minutes! Multiple objects will sound like a machine gun it recovers so fast. I also noticed you might want to check the one way, good sounding signals. I think they may have been masked by other, slower recovery detectors. My small coil will be here tomorrow. I'm anxious to try it out after hearing all of the good reviews.

The detector is so sensitive. The cracks and pops are normal because of the high gain. Learn to listen for the more solid hits and then investigate. If you are teetering on the fence about the F-75, get one and learn it. It is quite the detector. Chris

You are right Chris, it does pay off to carefully check one way signals and for sure, all high tones. The F75 is finding the goodies that other detectors have left behind in hunted hard and trashy sites. "It is quite the detector." HH jim tn

You are quite correct the F75 latched on to this Roman Zoomorphic buckle at abut 10" after being in the ground for 1600 years today.
Its not the easist detector to use because it wall latch onto ferrous items but with patience this this can be overcome and the goodies will come to light.:beers:Jerry.
