Last night I read Monte's post titled " Dan about my gold and sterling silver finds this year".

I thought about it. Iv'e been told about the some thing before by other people but maby it just didn't sink in.
Iv'e gone to play grounds and turned my discremination down and soon got frustrated and turned the disc back up and just hunted coins. But now I have a Cibola.

This afternoon about 5:30 pm when the sunwas lower and it was a little cooler I found a play ground that wasn't very crowded and started hunting. This place must have been cleaned out because I didn't find a single coin or even a pull tab, that I dug.

A man asked me if I had found any thing and I said " no not a thing ". as he was walking away I kicked up a silver balarina pendant and said " I have now ".

I showed him the pendant. That find inspired me and I hunted til dark and I hunted as I was leaving and at the entrance to the playground I got a light smooth signal. I felt in the sand and pulled out a golden Razorback Hog.

Neither of these items are marked gold or silver but thew sure look and feel like the real thing.

Iv'e never found very much jewlery, and I'm very pleased to be able to locate two small peices like this.:clapping:

The supprising thing to me is that I didnt dig hardly any trash. My sencitivity was set so low I dug a 4" nail and it was a good thing to because it was in loose sand and very sharp.

How bout them hogs

I'm hitting the sand boxes, vollyball courts and tot lots pretty hard now that I have the Cibola.

It's amazing the small targets it will find at good depths. I have high hopes for finding small jewelry and chains that other machines have missed.
