--------TOYOTA TUNDRA---------- With The 5.7 Engine With A Few Goodies Like The Off Road Package---Auto Trannie---Even My Favorite Color-------BRIGHT RED------No Trade In So I Got It For $$29,500

Great trucks!!
Didn't know they came out with a5.7 litre. Mine is a 4.7 so you should be able to pull whatever you want with a motor that size. A word of caution though. The bed doesn't hold much in terms of weight. Just a normal weekend outing of stuff in back will lower your backside quite a bit. I just let'er dip and keep driving as I really don't find the need to stiffen up the back end.
Here is a tip for you as I am sure the design hasn't changed much from mine to yours....The oil filter will pour out when you change them and as there is a skid plate directly under the filter any spilled, dirty oil will continue to drip. My solution was to just toss an oil absorbing mat on top of the skid plate. It lays there nicely as road wind doesn't move it and every couple year I toss it and put in a new one. Just a hint from one tundra owner to another.
