Belmar's sanding in fast, targets were scarce, especially out on the minus tide sand.
Managed to get some more bobbie pins and deep clad. This ring saved the day. It was down there, just a whisper. Looks like it's been hangin around for quite awhile
 
Wow! Let's see a picture of that all cleaned up. Sure DOES look like it was down there a while.

but it's so light, it doesn't matter. It cleaned OK with Flitz, but anywhere where the Tweeties are attacted with the solder, it's pitted because their so thin
 
Yes, I agree. Does it SOUND 18K? I suppose it could be 8K but then I would expect it to have a higher tone than an 18K, at least on a Minelab.

It's definitely unique!
