Where are all the hunting reports. My curious mind needs to know how this unit is perfroming.

Just read Andys report in Lost Treasure and it looks good for the Edge.Bill Ladd and Andy Sabisch field test give the Edge the unit to have, for what I am looking for.MrBill did a little test and it sounds great. You have three of the top people in the detecting world giving a thumbs up for the Edge. I think its time to order.
Thanks Bill,Mr Bill and Andy for your time and tests, keep up the good work

as mentioned in the latest Tesoro magazine? I think the guy was finding hubcaps with a $ painted on them myself.

Unbeelievable!! Tesoro must be getting desperate with all the new and better ID machines coming out from other manufacturers. Shame on them, and I mean it!

The Cibola and Vaquero are very good detectors and don't need that kind of hype. Makes one wonder if James controls things over there now.

Anyway...
Mr. Bill said the Edge hits the quarter and nickel in his test garden and that puts it in the top of the class beating a certain detector that retails for twice the price.

That claim would be a stretch if they meant the 2 to be a 1!!! I guess that just proves that the family must be smoking the same stuff their poster boy is, Cannabis Bullshivius. :D

I think it was really supposed to say 2-4"
Only the runt finds bootins that deep

I have to admit the new line of Tesoro's go deeper than older ones and still believe the older metal box ones have the best audio variances bar none but thats where it ends...I admit I have gotten 12 inch coins with a CZ, 1266 and Explorer and some that were a little deeper but 24 inches with any machine is just pure overstretching the truth at best unless they were picking up a buried 57 chevy.....not a silver dime..

on page 38 it states:

"My first stop after assembling the detector was my workbench to perform some air tests on depth and discrimination. My test bench has a yardstick attached and to test for maximum capacity, I started at the 24" mark. Folks, you have to see the Cibola ("see bola") to believe it. It was but a couple of marks away from the starting point when the beeps began!!!! I checked and rechecked and it was true. Increddible!"

It is really hot on nickels; I dug a Buffalo from about 8"+ using the 10" loop, and it was a good strong signal that read '11'. A friend wanted to try it out, and could not believe how easy it was to use.
