I had just one 8 ft section of sheetrock left to mud, two sheets, one center joint and the first coat of mud, sand and more mud tomorrow morning then sand and prime tomorrow night. Not feeling up to it after wrestling that stuff into the house, tired and sore is my excuse for grabbing the mud, finishing the job then setting down to relax a bit. It took an hour for me to sit bolt upright cussing! Carol sez, whassup? I sez.........i forgot to tape that dang seam before i mudded it!

I stripped it all off a few minutes ago and redid it:rolleyes:

Thank goodness the day will soon be over. Days like this makes you think that no one loves you anymore! I was up bright and early this morning, watched the sun come up, and thought to myself...this is going to be a beautiful day! By late afternoon, I was in the damage control mode while tearing up the highway trying to get home to safe heaven...it kinda did not work out that way. There was more bad things that were to happen before the final blow that broke the mules back. Well, the dust has finally settled and tomorrow should be a better day. Please have a great day! Kelley (Texas) :)
