My F70 came back from Fisher and it is almost like new. I packed up the Compadre and put it in the locker. I did 3 hunts with the F70 and this morning I took the compadre out of the locker and put it in the car and put the F70 in the house. I went to the volley ball court with all the pennies and dug 59 more pennies and one quarter. It is 800 plus pennies that I have dug from here. I still have over 1/2 of the volley ball court to go to pick up some more of the pennies. Tomorrow I am heading to a tot lot to detect because I hit this tot lot every 6 weeks. It is hair (dye) day tomorrow. I go detecting near the shop because it is like 30 miles so I just stay around the area until she is done. I am leaving the compadre in the car for tomorrow. What can I say, I like to swing the compadre. Thanks for stopping by........Z

but since I've not yet had the pleasure of swinging a dreaded 'T' unit, I will defer final judgement until that date (if ever) arrives!..I, as a friend, will henceforth advise you to take the 70 along just in case, in fact, they are both light enough, you should be able to swing one in each hand!
...Zeek, I am amazed at your results, going from a multi tone rig to a single beep and all, especially for a man of your vintage...you are doing right well with the Compadre!

We don't want those Fishers guys to know you are using the other brand!
