I worked at Fisher Body in Pontiac Mi in the 60's and that is where I went through my apprenticeship. Every year I would set up a fishing trip to some place in Northern Ontario. I left Fisher Body in about 73 and went to work at Truck and Bus and really never saw those guys again.

I made contact with a few recently and one sent me a few pictures of one of our trips. I can not tell for sure what lake it was, I suspect White Lake north of the little town of White River Ontario. This is one of the pictures and looking in the mirror now days it is almost impossible for me to seen myself this young. Youth is wasted on the young :D

Your younger pictures that I have seen, you were much uglier back then. :D Hard to believe isn't it?

Seems like last week doesn't it Royal. Those Walleye or Pike! I always wanted to fish up there. Would buy Field and Stream when I was younger and read the fishing stories of the north land. Maybe one day, I can get away and try it, plus just see the beauty of the north land. That's a mess of fish.

a long time. I had it before I had any gray at all and can remember plucking the gray out of my beard one at a time when one would show up. Someone asked me why I don't shave it off and I tell them I can not remember what the hell is under it. I had to have some reason to grow it in the first place:shrug:

don't ruined the effect of the Sr. Citizen look. I've cut it a few times and my wife and kids just stare at me.....Where is our father, what did you do with him kind of look..... First thing I notice is I do look younger, thats a plus, I can feel a breeze on my face, interesting but for most part I just prefer having it. I keep it trimed and neat so why not..... Boggles me that I can grow hair all over except my head....

and some on my lower neck, nearly none on my head now at age 65, but when i was about 35 my beard started turning white in patches! I looked like a dang Pinto horse! Ticked me off as i would have easily accepted a sprinkling of white but with those patches it had to go!
