I C Something :detecting: Shinny

I stopped off by a place this morning and asked if I could detect - and I got a yes, with anything you find you keep

Well I got a bit of trash, digging the 12-04 just to verify it... Then I got a 09-46, pretty good one way and a little bit of it in 90 angles left and right. I dug the hole checked with my probe and it is sitting off to the side. My X-1 probe was singing pretty good and I pinpointed it and used my hands to dig. Then I saw something shinny, it was on edge about 5 inches in the ground..... I had a lot of eyes watching me at this place (2nd photo). The bullet casing still has a bullet, push down in. Looks like it was fired and someone put the bullet in the casing too far.

Man those halves really sing when you hit them don't they? I nailed a clad half a couple of months back (darn it) which was my first ever. Always hoping for the big silver, but will take what I get.
