That's a great idea, buying gold with your detecting finds. I'm going to save my finds for a year to do the same.
 
Great coin John. I'm still saving for #4. I don't think I am going to get one I wanted either with the price so high.
 
I took great pleasure including some of those nearly destroyed zincs towards that coin. It's some what of a tax revolt in my books :lol:
