i bought a makro pointer

had my makro almost two months now. once I got familiar with it I really like it . little deeper than the black gpp. have you tried it on the highest setting. just asking.
It replaced my White's TRX which out-performed the Garrett Pro-Pointer. I like the Makro Pointer for it's durability, better On/Off control, and ability to quickly increase or decrease the Sensitivity level. I also found that it illuminated the area in darker times better than did the Garrett or White's units.
I also parted with one of the Pro-Pointers I had because it failed, after 'misbehaving' off-and-on. So far, and two of my hunting buddies have the Pro-Pointer, my Makro Pointer gets the same or better depth on located targets when we have compared them.
The Makro Pointer has been worked quite well for me, so much so that I am going to get a new Nokta Pointer to keep with my detecting gear in my other vehicle. I switch between my AWD "nice" rig and my 4X4 pick-up and I keep detectors in each of them so I am always prepared and don't have to switch everything back-and-forth. That's why I have two Racers [size=small](R1 and R2)[/size] and I'm gearing up another belt, pouch and digger for my 2nd rig and need another pinpointer. A Nokta it will be [size=small](maybe because my Nokta FORS CoRe is also in the pick-up.
