I am so wanting spring to come - more snow came instead ->

Pete in MI

New member
I am about ready to get out the pin pointer and look for screws and nails in the walls here. Come spring - come.

Amen Pete. It did snow here in the Walker area but only for a short time. The sun's trying to break out here and there and that's most welcome.

All kidding aside Pete, one of the things I tried doing in the winter two years before we left NH was to find older homes that had dirt basements. I would save those houses for when it was freezing out or 20' of snow. I only did a couple of houses with some ok results, but at least I was swinging! Food for thought possibly....

I am so ready also. Suppose to warm up this weekend here.

flurries too. I still tried a couple tot lots and got about 40 coins and a kids ring. BRRRRR!!!!

Believe me I envy you guys who can get out in cooler weather. Because of my physical limitations, I'm not able to detect in much less than 50 degrees. Sure looking forward to hunting older properties this season and hopefully places I've not hunted before.
