I am SO SICK!!!..:(

..I have been on a new arthritis medication for a little over a month now;one of the main side effects is causing stomach ulcers-WELL:GUESS WHAT:I called the Dr.yesterday and told them my stomach problems have been gettin worse all the time since Ive been takin this med-He called me back today and said QUIT TAKING THAT MEDICINE-NOW!!I guess it can cause stomach ulcers that can perforate;also...Everything I eat or drink feels like Im swallowing drain-cleaner-it hurts THAT bad...Missed 2 days of work already this month from it...Id just as soon live with the arthritis pain-at least it doesnt make my stomach feel like its comin up my throat

Hope you feel better.

Everyone should make sure they're up on any possible side effects from any new prescription medicine they're taking. For instance, I can't take Naproxen. After 3 or 4 days, I end up with stomach pain. Same thing, it's just trying to make a hole in there... So, I just deal with the aches and pains

Sherry is still battling her stomach situation. Even went to a different doctor and trying something different - still not much improvement. Am glad you are doing better. The fewer people sick the better in my book.
