Work for me next week is non existent and i have a little cash in the bank so I am taking my V3 and I am out of here next week. Leaving every one else at home and me and a buddy are on a week long detecting trip to Myrtle beach hope to find some gold and learn more about what the V3 can do at the beach. hope to get in at least 6hrs a day hunting. Will try to keep every one updated as to what is going on with the V3 at the beach and what we are finding. Should be on the beach by Tue. Hope every one is getting out to hunt with there V3's. Post those finds we need to see them here on the forum. Can not wait should be fun.

Found a musket ball and old button here in Maryland....I'll try and get pics up this weekend! GL at the beach!

Hope this time you hit it BIG. Know it was frustrating you when you went to the beach before you learned much about your new V3. I'll look for those posts.
 
Was a bit frustrating but I always carry at least two back up detectors. This time will take the V3 whites dual field PI and the old Excal so I always have something to hunt with.
The new V3 I have should be tuned to the salt and good to go also got a new 950 coil. hope to use the V3 more than any of the others as I would like to spend some more time learning it. will let you guys know how it goes.
