Sent my Excal 1000 in for headphone r&r on 02/27, 2 day shipping and they tell me that they will not even be able to look at it till the end of this week, which means that I will have another week down waiting for a simple repair. UNACCEPTABLE! Guess I will have to buy 2 of those too so I will not have to twiddle my thumbs waiting for a repair! Did not like the idea of everything hard wired in to begin with because if you break something you are down. If you have a malfunction on the Garrett headphones or coil you simply have them swapped out and you are back in business. I AIN'T HAPPY!
