I am looking for a new video camera need help!!!

I have been videoing for a little while but my Sony digital dvd camera is about to crash. I just looked at the Kodak Playsport. Its water proof and has a macro setting. There are two from 129.99 to 159.00. Does anyone use these to film hunts or have any experience with them. I have another friend that is also looking for a new video camera.. The only drawback I can see is when Im in front of the camera I cannot see the screen to see what it is filming. I like to use a Tripod when doing digs...thanks GH

unfortunately woke up with the flu, went hunting but felt bad so didn't do any filming and not much hunting... will try and film this weekend.
