I am getting fed up with this weather! I only have 3 words to say!

By the look of the posts lately it's been pretty slow most everywhere. Even in Bermuda it's been sanded in lately, so bad that all I've found in the last week is an old silver chain and that was broken.:sadwalk:(the gold ring was just a recovery on land so it doesn't count)
It'll change soon though and then - Let the Games Begin!:super:

Good Hunting,

BDA:cool:

Well, I agree with your three words Mattockman. Here, outside, it's blowing a gale, pouring rain, summer's nearly at a close, and I still have a beach detecting outing next weekend planned. Brrrr. Luckly I did get out detecting yesterday as I said I would, but haven't taken a photo of my finds yet. We are coming into winter now, and I know I'm not going to cope with the colder weather, going by the goosebumps I already have!!!

Now that I'm down here in OK, there's more competition for the loot. I need to come up with a new strategy, or at least a small boat to get to some of the further-off beaches that you can't really get to from land. Or, maybe see if I can locate some old swimming holes in the local creeks around here. Maybe try to take a couple days off and go camping on the Illinois river, and hit the swimming holes on the canoeing routes. I've still got my floating sifter, so it would come in very handy there.

Well you being on the other side of the planet makes you winter and us spring, so you already had your fun and we will begin soon. The southern states are all ready warm...but up north east here we get aggrivated knowing this.
Yes post your pics when you get a chance...Looking forward to it...Stay warm!!

Gidday diggercoins67, I'm in Australia, Victoria, where the weather has a mind of it's own right now. Might be going fishing this afternoon, if it doesn't rain! Photos posted on the relics forum Mattockamn, since it's goldfields hunting this time !!
Cheers Golden:detecting:

It is a tee shirt I got from a little store down the street. It is a large but still a bit too small for me, unless I drop a few lbs. If you want one let me know.
