I am confused...

Only small CZ coil I know of is the hockey puck which is referred to to as also the 5 inch.
1200 series may have a 3.5, even though the hockey puck is small its still called the 5 inch coil....perhaps a company has come out with one that is not made by Fisher( in any case inquiring minds would like to know)...

I stand corrected. Went and looked thru my papesr that I still have from buying metal detectors and you are correct, the smallest coil was for the 1200 series. When I bought my 1266, I also bought a small coil and it was a 3 3/4". Just got it confused with the CZ that I had prior to the 1266. I also talked to one of my hunting buddies that still has his 1266 coil. The CZ is the 5". It's hell to get old and the memory starts to go. Sorry for the confusion. John

Thanks John...Have used a 1266 with a stock 8 coil but just not my cup of tea..My buddy and fellow hunters who learned its language dig em deep...You know me a CZ is indeed my cup of tea..

I mentioned my 3.5" coil.....but it IS for the 1200 series.......sorry for the confusion
