Well I had better days detecting, nothing much to show for it, only a few coins some old iron relics, part of a horse shoe, square shank nails, pull tabs, the oldest coin was a 1965 quarter, I had a hard time PP the target and it was all clay and rock bottom and it was tough, but I had a good time , my hats off to all the water hunters out there it's not easy, my TS did great no complaints at all. It wasn't much productive targets there, to tired to post pictures, Happy Hunt........zzzzzzz!

As long as you had fun.
Next hunt may be a good one for you.

Clay and rock bottoms hold targets. I love hitting the clay bottomed areas ... but am a little less fond of the rock gardens. Hope you find a target heavy area.
Cheers,
tvr

It sure burns calories,

I had a great time swinging, it's a certain enjoyment that us detectorons know, I will have to mod my scoop so it doesn't turn while I'm digging in the clay, I burnt the heck out of the calories today for sure, HH, tigerhank68

I know what you mean, yesterday I hunted for a couple of hours, heavy hunting, my hands starting cramping up big time......my grandson started laughing when I couldn't straightened out my fingers, atleast I found a couple of silver rings....lol

I don't understand it I never used to cramp up even after a full day of work. Starting MDing late in life was a poor strategy. I should have done it when I had no time, a full time job and kids at home. Can I apply for a redo? No? OK, I guess I'll just have to put up with it. :detecting:

Thanks Joe, I had a blast with the family, I guess I shouldn't complain, it's one of the best hobbies I ever had, best of luck to ya, tigerhank68

Haha Pastor Tom, I understand the pain, but I didn't get hot at all when I was water hunting not like when I am dirt diving, you have a great attitude sir, best of luck and say a pray for all of us hunters for a productive hunt, tigerhank68

I heard magnesium defisiancy, casues leg cramps and you burn up lots of magnesium , doing this and if you are taking blood pressure pills U lose the magnesium faster so you need to get some magnesium and it may help on the cramps. and no I dont sell it beans are loded with it , brocoli, seeds,

Good advise. Actually it's magnesium, calcium and potassium. I've used a product called Calabsorb for years, and it really works for me. It does not have potassium so I just take that seperatly. I've always been prone to leg cramps (charley horse) and this was the only thing that worked for me.
