I am alive and well.....

I am very sorry for not posting lately. I check in on the Forum when I can, but I have not been posting. I have been extremely busy at work.

I have been doing 12 to 15 hour work days. The good thing is that we have been successful in getting a lot of our drug cases to the Grand Jury and getting the "Dopers" off the streets. The bad thing is that I do not have the time to post that often. After coming home late from work, and spending time with the wife and kids, I only have enough time to eat and get ready for the next day.

My boss (the Sheriff) told me that I have 65 hours of "comp time" to use up before the end of March. I guess I will be taking sometime off this next month.

I will start Posting at least once a week to let you all know how things are going. Thank you for all the emails concerned about how I have been doing. I am so glad that I have Brothers and Sisters like you to keep me in line. God bless all of you. I will keep you all in my prayers.

I too haven't been posting that much lately either. Been busy looking around for work. Temp agencies and so forth. I really didn't know you worked as a Police Officer. I have some friends in the Chicago area who are working in the Police Dept. One of them works for D.A.R.E. to get kids off the drug scene. I think of you as a HERO Randy. You are honest and that's what God loves is honesty. I'll be praying for you and your comrads daily as you guys and gals are putting your lives on the line everyday to serve and protect.
