I am a Marine looking for some areas in Georgia to relic hunt.

I will be going to southern Georgia for the dates of 9-16 July 2011. I really appreciate if any of you guys can give me assistance in finding locations to relic hunt in Georgia. I do not know too much about the Civil War in Georgia, just what I can found out on line.
