I almost committed an act that woulda put me in the dog house.........

......I went for a M/C ride today after my interview.I ended up at the dealer's where I bought my M/C back in '07.They had a BRAND NEW version of mine sittin in the showroom-PURTY,to say the least..........SO,I just innocently asked the salesman what they would give me in trade on my'07 toward the new one-After the salesman told me"YOUR BIKE AND 3 GRAND,AND SHE'S ALL YOURS"...............Now,thats a SCREAMIN deal...........I said much as Id like to;I just cant.He told me"I will let this offer stand till end of August"...........I made a promise to my wife I would NOT buy ANYTHING without talkin it over with her-Besides,the bike I got now runs like new,BUT IF I WAS SINGLE-NOT that I wish I was;mind you................

Be satisfied with what you have, as why get a new M/C, if the old one doesn't need fixed! When you are back to work and maybe later you can think more about buying it! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
