Only my opinion but I feel that garrett pro pointer is way better than the minelab pointer. Minelab hit a home run with the CTX 3030 but missed the ball park with their pro pointer....just my opinion though.

i bought the Minelab pointer and only used it a few times and went back to the pro pointer... IMHO don't bother with it...
