I Added A 5 1/2 Inch DD Searchcoil To My Arsenal

This past summer I had the opportunity to try out some DD coils and really enjoyed them. I recently found out that there is a 5 1/2 inch DD coil available for the GTI series. I have been using the GTI 1500 since it was released, and consider it the best coin hunting machine available. I bought this DD 5 1/2 inch coil to compliment my 4 1/2 inch Garrett Sniper coil, Stock Imaging Coil and 12 1/2 inch coil. They all have their own little niche. I'm just waiting for some of that snow to melt so that I can play around with it.

Looks like a great addition. Definetly post the results of what you think of it. What kind of price tag does it have and where are they available ?

I will also be looking forward to an exhaustive review of that little feller. I've been very pleased thus far with my 5x10 elliptical coil for good target separation. I'm presently in the market for the "hockey puck" 5" concentric coil. I'd love to hear how your new coil works out.
Be sure to let us know.
Merry Christmas to all!!!
