That was a warmer than normal day for us... our winter has been super mild this year... last year we hunted in 14 degree air temps and 31 degree water now that was cold

OMG!!!! You guys are crazy!!!!! im using a wet suit in 70 degree water and still shake!!! LOL!!!!

Our main hunting season here in Connecticut is during the winter months... the week it was super cold I recovered quite a few gold rings from that icy water I ended up with 24 gold from that spot over the course of several times hunting it until it sanded and silted up.. a couple friends of mine pulled another 20 between them...
