Hunting Va. Beach 6/12-6/14

This was not easy. The wind was unbelievable. A couple of earrings S.S. and some coins. will try again today.

You did well considering there are a lot of people who hunt VA Beach. Looks like good timing on those targets. Cover a lot of beach, keep the coil low, avoid the bottle caps, and dig it if it aint iron. Dont raise your coil above you box if the coil gets wet and rinse your detector off everytime you come off the beach.

Make sure you keep that control box covered. The wind will drive sand particals into your machine and over time, can really mess with the electronics.

Good point Smudge.... i use a vinal sticker over my exterial speaker to keep spray and sand out. I also have a cover over my box.
