Thanks for commenting on my post. Every situation can be unusually and different, when dealing with a property owner. So many more things to talk about in that post when you are cold calling for permission to hunt land.
I had a gentleman this weekend I met, He was very nice guy, talked with him for half hr, He was worried about somebody getting hurt on his property and getting sued. Make a long story short, he told me about another piece of property down the road; name and location. I was able to get permission from that Home owner , Just found some Wheaties and one Indian head penny
