Hunting old sites

If you are hunting an old site and looking for those deep whispers what settings would you use on the MXT. Ground reading around 50 - 60.

IF you can run your sensitivity wide open, the extra 1/8 turn amplifys the audio... Should be able to hear the deep ones well... FWIW, The read out is more accurate than the audio...if you get a deep signal that sounds like iron but the displays bounces from ferrous to non-ferrous, by all means dig it...listen also for an iron signal with a hint of a high pitch in it...dig it...run the disc at low as possible..hope this helps...best to you, Richardntn
