Hunting in the heat…..

We had a stretch of hot weather up here this last week, Upper 80's and low 90's. Finally today is back to normal. I hunted Monday in the heat, hit a small area of construction that produces a wheat, a smashed sterling ring, an old 4H pin, and a neat old compact lid. Then hit a tot lot for clad and realized that no one has been there in a while detecting. Coins were plentiful. Check out the before and after on the sterling ring.

WTG Mike! It's nice finding coins but I really like finding pins, insignias and things like that. Obviously finding rings is always a good thing.
