I left the Dayton, OH area in 2003 when my military assignment there ended. During my four year stay there, I had the pleasure of detecting with three guys that really knew their detectors - Bill Stevens, Bob Poling and Mike Rogers. They taught me how to use my machine, took me to great spots like the Button Farm (a Civil War veterans' retirement home) and in turn I had some really good finds. Over the last few years, I lost contact with them. If any of you guys are still digging holes, drop me a line. I'll be in the Dayton area for two weeks on business; it would be great to go out for another hunt. If I can't find my old friends, I'd be happy to hunt with few new ones.
Keep Digging,
David
