Its crazy how salt water eats away at everything
Well my first few hours in the yard weren't a complete bust. I did manage to pull a few wheat cents along with a Canadian cent all from the 1940s along with a few clad. Not sure what the cow skull is all about, hope I didn't disturb some ancient burial site.
In case anyone is interested the galvanized nail deserves a mention because it was first out of the hole were one of the wheat cents was found. These two in the same location/hole indicated a pull tab on the VDI.
