Went out after work for a couple of hours. It was pretty cold, but it's been 4 days since hunted, so I didn't really care. The Yeller Feller is my winter machine, and I don't take the GTI 1500 / GTP 1350 out when it getsa this cold as a rule. The dollar gods were with me today. I winterized the yeller-Feller.........I'll post how I did it later on.

Dang....Your finds look so clean. I found out one
thing...The moist gumbo clay soil here in Houston
eats coins alive. All my coins look acid dipped
compared to yours..Must be the soil, or moisture
differences.
Your haul is better too...:(
I went for about 2-3 hours today. I found 25 pennys, one
nickle, and one quarter so far. One GM trunk key.
Part of a matchbox car from 1971, one BB, one pellet,
and about 5 nails and some ??? metal pieces of
who knows what. . Some foil here n there... I was
plinking targets left and right, but unfortunately, most
on this lot seem to be pennys.. :( There are loads more
targets tho. I didn't scratch the surface today as far
as the whole yard..
BTW, I probably would have missed the BB, and the pellet
if not for using my pinpointer. I'm glad I bought that
thing. Sure helps probing the holes. The pinpointer
made em stick out. Being I had already gotten the "coin"
from that hole, I probably would have missed them
otherwise.
