Hunted Today

Took the ATPRO out for a hunt today at a local park for a couple hours. It has been several months since I had used it. My 3 other detectors were getting most of my attention. I just decided I wanted to swing the ATP. Boy was I delighted with how the detector performed. I had forgotten how well it handles iron and the quality sounds this machine puts out. I just got the ATPRO back from Garrett and they fixed a lot of damage that was owner inflicted and a couple of other concerns and at no cost to me. I did not find anything of great value but had a blast using this machine. I found 3 dimes one of them 1 year shy of being silver. I also found 13 cents in pennies of which 10 were copper. This detector is going to be my starting detector at a new site that no one has detected and had a church on it in 1857. Even the owner didn't know it once had a church on it, I will report on that hunt when we get done with it. Good hunting to all and wish me luck.

Looking forward to your results on the old church property. That sounds like an excellent site!
