Hunted an old beach today ...found an old 10K class ring

Rain finally stopped, and although it was foggy for a while out there it was fun to be out diggin' again.

Found a few clads before I heard that nice low tone and scooped out a 62 yrs. old class ring from under those rocks.

Those old class rings had style...I 'd even go so far as to say that they had "class".

Here's some pics of the 2 1/2 hr. hunt as I chased the tide out.

thanks for looking at my post and pics

He was amazed that I took the time to go to the Library, get the yearbook, check the initials, phone him and return the ring . I didn't see it as any "big deal"; it was fun and rewarding to see his obvious joy when he put the ring on ..and it still fit.

His remark was " Now I can ask my wife to go steady with me"
