Spent about 7 hours in smoothie like conditions dodging small ice flows, hoping to get at least a little:wiggle: It was cold in the water, but hot outside. The sniper coil really surprised me:thumbup:.

Below is a link to a short video:

You know to a lot of guys not much to crow about. But to go into a pounded area , and come out with what you did makes the hunt interesting. Especially how the Sniper competed.
Was it wet or dry hunting John? Oh, and if that fishing spoon is stainless, I exhumed its twin down in Panama City Beach, deeep while wading , with the Inferno also.

te I was wearing chest waders. The deepest I could get to before the ice got too thick was about waist deep. The spoon I dug has got LEN THOMPSON stamped on the back. I am not sure, but I think it is brass?

Love the comparisons, but why did you leave the high-low signals that might have been gold?
If your going to cherry pick, why pick the low-high tones especially with so much time?
No more 7-11 Slushies for me this year, I just don't know where you have been walking over the winter months.
Glad the ice is moving out, now you need the swimmers.
Nice photography and some neat, older finds.
