Hunted a couple fields...

I teemed up with some friends that are getting back into detecting. It was sort of slow finding. I had my butt kicked by Tony who ended the day with a Merc, Barber dime, token and numerous wheats. His wife only found a small badge that read: Licence to Butt Out. I was glad everyone found something.

Pictured are my finds. The pin with A and cannons still has the back attachment anyone know which war? The German coin is aluminum, 1944, and a little bigger than a nickel. Your guess is as good as mine on the huge No. 21 tag?? The thing is probably 1/8" thick and has the same 21 on the other side.

Fun to get out! HH to all,
BF

I wouldn't say you got your butt kicked, that's not a bad day of hunting. The button looks like Ordinance or Artillery, maybe WWI or II, couldn't find it in my Albert's book. The 21 tag might have been a cow ID. The Nazi coins are cool too. Ron
