I got 1 indian today but it was sacawjewa...
I found (1) dollar coin,(13) quarters,(7) dimes,(10) pennies. Picked up a load or plastic bottle caps and dug a few rusty bottle caps.
It was a real bad day in the park for somebody. This short hispanic woman came running over to me saying somebody took her bag. Not sure what she thought I could do. I sent here to the field house. They let here use their phone to call the police.
Here is a busy athleic field with a few hundred people coming and going and a person is foolish enough to leave her valuables unattended.
When I stopped to talk at the field house I am told this is the third time this week.
Wonder if I should get a camera to mount on my hat and keep an eye open....
I was not very far from where the woman had put her stuff down..
I prolly saw them but was not watching so..never noticed..

the worlds turning to squid people taking bags schools all fenced in half the parks here have locked fences it wasnt like this when i was a kid whats it going to be like in 50 years glad i wont be here to see, something will have to change but i dont see it.

just shake my head and wonder

If my wife were in the park she would have walked over the young lady and guy and yelled at they for leaving the bag unattended...I grew up here and NO WAY do you leave your stuff unattended. This is NYC too crowded and if you do not have somebody to look after your stuff you should get a fanny pack.
