I believe you are talking about the THRESHOLD which is adjustable. I take it you havent read the manual yet......
I HIGHLY suggest you consider get Andys Sabischs book..... it will speed up the learning process.

You might read my post at the top of this page as midway down in the first thread I have a link that if you follow will take you to where you can download a E-Trac Manual if you do not have one.
Secondly you might start doung some reading in the E-Trac Classroom. Its down a few on the main list of forum areas.
Also, utilize the search button as there is a wealth of information in past posts.
