First things first, the real treasure came at 9:00 pm last night with the birth of my grandson! Our first!!! Not much sleep last night but we managed to keep our plans to hunt an old place we had obtained permission on.
I've always left all of my positive numbers notched in and put up with a little falsing the higher end of the scale in hopes of getting a silver dollar. It paid off today at the homestead site Lisa and I hunted!
This big bronze medal blasted in at a TID of 48 at 6 inches deep. It measures around 64mm and weighs well over 4 ounces.
Settings were sens. 28, 6" HF coil, tracking on with GB running around 14.
Thanks for looking, Happy Hunting!
