Got out with a fellow shooter this morning for a nice hunt, the weather was awesome, and so were the finds. Found a Huge 11.2 Grams Silver Ring that almost smashed my eardrums as it pounced all over 12-48, 49 on my Etrac at 4 inches deep. it's not marked, but there is no doubt it isn't Silver. I think it's a Bear Claw on the Ring, and maybe it was made with Native Americans in mind. If you know or have seen a Ring like this before, please let me know.
We hit a few spots along the way to a mid afternoon ending and one of those spots I dug a 1911 Barber Dime by a sidewalk. Our last spot produced several wheat's right away and I was content on digging some low tones due to the area we were hunting. I found my first War Nickel for the year as it was a 1942 "S"
So, all and all, it was a great day with 3 really cool Silver, Thanks for looking, DirtDiga
